Email forwarding issue/need help

I just got my BB 7250 over weekend and am trying to figure out the best email set up. I want to get my work Groupwise email and Comcast email on my BB. I have my Groupwise automatically forwarded to my "****@vzw.blackberry.net" address (work does not have Enterprise server), and Web Client grabbing my Comcast account. I'm having a problem with the email forwarded from Groupwise....
1) I can't seem to reply to the person who originally emailed me at the Groupwise email address, because the reply is to my Groupwise email address. Is there any work around for this?
2) For whatever reason, when an email has been through about three replies (can be from anyone on original email list), that latest forwarded email only shows the original email text and the first Reply. Anything after that initial Reply does not show up. Anyone know why and how to get it included? Funny thing is that the email placed on the Web Client shows the complete email, in-tact. So I know it is included from Groupwise...its just something between my BB and the Web Client.
I don't necessarily need to do things this way. If someone knows of a better way...I'm all ears. I travel quite a bit and need to stay on top of my emails. I don't like spending my evenings going through 30-40 emails.
I jumped over to the BB after a two week trial of the Treo 600. I really like the BB, but this problem is a stickler. I NEED HELP!
