My company has about 15 Blackberry users in Mississippi and not a single one can get a GPRS signal. I have gone through all troubleshooting and have even spoken to Cingular who have claimed they have ZERO ISSUES.
I highly doubt what Cingular told me, because they are quite possibly the stupidest tech support I have ever dealt with.
Anyone else having this problem or have had this problem?
Have the service books been sent? Did they register with the host routing tables? Beyond that, I am moving this thread, because i have no idea about BES.

It depends where in Mississippi the Blackberries are. I have friends that are in Hattiesburg and don't have problems with their BB, but they have Alltel. Cingular has good coverage around the major highways, but not always in the cities.
