Where can I possible host an application I wrote, easily and for free?

Preferably someplace I can create a simple webpage for my app as well.

For free? Nowhere, really, since OTA installs require MIME types to be changed on the server. Most admins won't let you do that.

try getjar or myjavaserver (here you will have to pass a small challenge in order to get an account with them)
