Regarding Upgrading to new OS w/ Zen (per Stinsondog's step by step instructions).

Step #8 When I opened Desktop Mgr it did not prompt me to upgrade. I opened it w and without my BB attached.

You should know:
1) I only synch with the Windows Dsktop Mgr to load programs bc I synch my calendar/contacts/notes through PocketMac to another computer.
2) So in Intellisync I have only checked Execute Add-in actions - never configure PIM. So how do I get it to update my OS?

There's a file named vendor.xml you need to delete in

Windows>program files>common files>research in motion>

After deleting the file you will be promted to upgrade when you connect your device.
