Jabplite installation problems

I've been trying to download Jabplite from the web sites provided on here, but I can't find an alx file or the files necessary to download the application onto the blackberry. I've unzipped the files, and I look in the folders, but I don't see anything...
Any chance Malcolm (or anyone else with this) can come in here and help?
