Default ZEN, change icons main screen?

Please Login to Remove!

I've just succeeded in the installation of the ZEN-theme on my BB 8700 f (Mobistar, belgium). I didn't have to install the entire OS, I only had to delete the 'Vendor-ID'-line. great!!!!

But I still have one problem: on my main screen there are 5 icons:
1) e-mail inbox
2) sms/mms inbox
3) browser
4) calendar
5) bb-logo for all other apps

I would like to change to

1) e-mail inbox
2) sms/mms inbox
3) calendar
4) phone log
5) bb-logo for other apps.

I went to options -> home Screen -> Organize Applications and have changed the order of the apps, have saved it but nothing changes on the main screen. the order stays:

1) e-mail inbox
2) sms/mms inbox
3) browser
4) calendar
5) bb-logo for all other apps

Thx

the apps on that are in the top 5 spots on the list (under organize applications) are the ones that will appear on your home screen. Try moving something from towards the bottom of the list to the top to see if that changes the layout.

Thanks for your help mate but nothing changes.
When I look at the default apps under Organize apps I see:
first: "SMS- and MMS"
second: "BlackBerry Messenger"
third: "Messages"
Forth: messages from one specific e-mailadress
Fifth: messgaes from another specific e-mailadress
Sixth: ....

While my main screen is

1) e-mail inbox
2) sms/mms inbox
3) browser
4) calendar
5) bb-logo for all other apps

When I look at the position of the calendar: it is default on one of the last places.

hmm sounds like an issue with the install then. I would recommend doing the full install to see if that remedies your problem.

I'm not quite sure what to tell you then. If your changing/moving them properly, which it sounds like you are, you shouldn't be having any problems.

Especially with the fresh install.

Sorry. I'm stumped, anyone else?

Would it help if I would delete everything from my BB?

Is there any risk if I would this: BB desktop manager -> application loader -> next -> and check "erase all application data" or "erase all currently installed applications"?

The last hours I've tried a thousand of things: only reinstall the blackberry.alx, change the vendor id wit 1 extra blanc space, reinstall the os to the original and reinstall everything, delete the alx file and replace it by another one I've found here on the forum, etc etc etc but nothing changes: the 5 apps on the main screen stay as they were:
1) inbox email
2) inbox sms/mms
3) browser
4) adress book
5) calendar
6) BB-logo

One man become crazy...

very strange is:

due to some systemproblems at Mobistar (my carreer) EDGE was not available yesterday. My mail and wap/internet were not available that moment.

Very strange is the 3rd icon on my main screen (icon brower) was grey. I could see it! -> when I changed to another theme the icon was not visible at all! When I went back to the zen-theme it was grey again.
