When I take pics with the camera and try to attach them and send out using my BES connection (named Desktop) I get the error ""The service does not support native attachment".

If I send it via my gmail BIS connection, it works fine.

Is this a limitation of BES 4.0? I have no IT Policy aside from default settings.

Our guys really need to be able to use the camera to send whiteboard pics and product pics to each other.

Any tips or suggestions will be attempted, appreciated, and a response posted promptly. Thank you.

Well I worked it out. The pearl is only supported by 4.1 and above.

exactly, you need bes 4.1 sp2. then it'll work. I just did today.
