Arrow Calendar entries not showing in Agenda view.

I searched and found the link below and added my own issues to it, but it hasn't received the kind of attention this part of the forum receives. So I decided to re-post it here and ask if ya'll can help with further advice? Previous Post

My user has a new T-Mobile 8700g, using the 4.1.0.284 firmware. We've set him to use Agenda view as the default. If you scroll down, it stops at 9/21/06 then starts again at 12/2/06 - 01/07/07, then stops again until 5/5/07. If you scroll back up after passing 5/5/07 then you will see all the appointments. It doesn't work if you scroll back up after 12/2/06, though.

Last interesting thing is, if you go to any other view (month or day) you can see all his appointments. If you change to Month view go to October and then change to Agenda view, you will see all the appointments.

Any suggestions on how to clear up Agenda view to properly show all appointments initally?

Chuck

This is a known issue right now that's being tracked by us. No fix as of yet.

I appreciated the reply. I've been watching (& searching) for new posts and haven't seen anything lately for updates. It has been a month and I have additional users affected by this so I decided to make time to call RIM and ask about the latest.

I held for 40 minutes on the MS Exchange, device technical support line. Maybe I should have tried the server team line to start with? I spoke to a technician, he checked around. The only reply I received was, "This is a known issue still and is expected to be repaired on the next handheld firmware release."

Anyone seeing ETAs for a new firmware (specifically T-Mobile)?

Thanks,

Chuck
