I have a 8700c and a H500, they work properly. What's not working for you?

8700r here with an H500, if that's of any help. Discovery/pairing was very easy. I followed the Motorola 'Motostart' booklet instructions and encountered no problems. Had you charged the headset for 2 hours before attempting to make the connection?
