I had to set up a warranty return w/ T-mo today.

Noticed that the Pearl seemed to be making calls while in the holster, sending pictures to contacts, etc.... All by it's lonesome!

Noticed today, while browsing on the Pearl, that the "enter" key ( )
was so sensitive that I barely needed to brush it (much less click it down) to activate it. I mean, looking at it sideways would activate it!! The customer tech people told me to remove and replace the battery. I said "It must be a physical issue, not a software issue, no?" They said to try it, and I did..... to no avail, of course. So I arranged a replacement to ship out. I'm guessing that I will end up with a new (not refurb) model, because the phone has only been out for 3 weeks or so. What do you guys think?
