No worries, you will get your answer as soon as someone figures out what is going on. I don't have an 8100 yet, so I can't answer it. On my 8700 it showed the name and number.

Have you exhausted every setting?

I dunno.

The quickest way to answer this is to call T-mo. They are known for spending hours on the phone to help people fix problems.

Give em a call and ask about this issue. Use a landline so you can walk through the phone, steps to take.

i'm on UK Vodafone and they have not officially released the phone yet so they'll have no clue. just tried removing the international dialing code from the fron part of the number that has worked so far, ie +447747 831313 back to 07747 831313

i have tmobile bb perl and it works good for me. i can see the caller's name, number and their picture as well.

maybe you should give a call to tmobile...

I see name, number, and picture when I receive an incoming call from a person in the address book.

Does the lack of name display occur for more than one person in the address book? Is that phone number entered for more than one contact in the address book? (I don't know what is displayed in case of multiple number matches in the address book.)

all sorted needed to go:call logs/options/smart dialling - then add the country code prefix +44. thats resolved all the issues
