Hello,
How do I know what version of the software I have on my blackberry. I'm asking this because just yesterday I noticed that after turning the trackball light on, the status light stayed on after a call.

i'm using my pearl with Rogers and I thought their software version had a fix for this problem. Any suggestions or ideas on this problem? or do I need to upgrade my software and when I go to the download website, what product do I select? is the 8100g the one I have to select?

No, the Rogers version ADDS that problem in.

Options / About will give you the version number.
