Here is a tip on some self-help.

Whenever I see informative posts on tips and tricks related to my 8100 or see posts where commands are mentioned:

I copy the text in the post, open up my Outlook e-mail program, compose an e-mail to myself and paste the Forum post content.

When it shows up in my BB e-mail I save the e-mail so I can reference it later.

I have about 12 saved informative Forum e-mails on my BB at this time.

I use the MemoPad instead of the saving email. I do this because when you connected to BES the MemoPad is backed up wirelessly. Saved messages are not.

Second for memoPad, i toss commands (using mencoder to encode movies, etc) and shortcuts. Cool about the BES backup, I don't have BES and I don't use DM to backup as I should either...
