I am using a 8700g and the desktop manager software:

I syncronize the bb every couple days or so with my outlook calender, tasks and memo pad. today when i went to sync it, i recieved the following error msg and tried to unistall and then re-install, and still same msg!!!


There is no more disk space to write the following history file:
c:\docume~1\jon\\blackb~1\research\intellisy4nc\\2 040a0a\workfile.tmp


And now it wont update my MS outlook on the computer.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it!!

First off, do you have any space left on your HD? Go into My Computer, right click on the C: drive and choose Properties. If you don't, go to that path where the workfile.tmp is, and see how large it is. Try deleting it (with Desktop Manager closed) and this may be a temporary band-aid for your situation, with the larger issue being that you need more storage space.

I have over 10 gigs of hard drive space left and I already deleted that file and I still get the same message???

Have same issue and error msg

Disk space is not the issue as I have 247 gb of free space on drive in question.

I have tryed to delete workfile.tmp and restart to do a sync but error comes up each time.

Did a restore to previous date where no problems and error presists.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
