My husband just got this Blackberry pearl for himself. He hated it so much that he decided to just give it to me. And now I started hating it b/c I don't know how to use it.
Can anyone tell me where I can find easy instruction of how to use this phone?
I am trying to download some of my Tungsten E palm pilot software to the Pearl phone but it does not work. I also thought that it comes with a map but it doesn't look like I have it. I don't know how to do the flash light, I don't know how to take a video.
I am just so frustrated. My husband wants me to talk to the guy who sold us the phone but I am so sick of hearing that guy going around and around in circle and never gets to the point.
Please if you can give me some website that I can find more information about "how to" use my blackberry Pearl, I will sure appreciate it.

Do you have the instruction manual? The instructions are pretty straight foward. And there is a ton of information on this form if you search. Also a blackberry is not a PALM it is a blackberry. If your looking for it to be like a PALM or Pocket PC you won't find what you are looking for. Also you need to be more specific in what you are wanting to know how to do. I dont't know what you mean by flashlight or take a video. Please be more specific.

wow, just wow. Just reading the manual will answer a TON of questions you may have, searching the forums will reveal even MORE information about the phone.

Quickly, as for a "flashlight", if you're thinking about the camera flash staying lit to act as one, it's not gonna happen, because it just doesn't do it. As for "taking" video, the Pearl does not record video, only playback.

You sound about as lost as one can be. If you are not inclined to read manuals, you may want to consider selling the phone.
