Hi All-
I've got a client with a 7100 from T-Mobile and don't see a way to sync their Contacts wirelessly with their BES. Is this something this particular model just can't do? Thanks!

pretty sure the 7100 cant be sync'd wirelessly, even though it has Bluetooth.. you have to use a data cable.

It depends on the version of BES. BES 4.x can sync contacts wirelessly (assuming the device is also 4.x).

It's BES 4.1.2. Not sure of the version on the handheld. If the user is on version 4.x than the wireless sync capability will become available?

The phone has to be on 4.x or higher, and the settings have to be turned on in the 4.x of the bes - I spent 3 days digging for answers on why I could not bluetooth the contacts over to my pc and after speaking with Blackberry support - found out that my company is on a lower edition bes and has not upgraded - so I cant do it.

From what I could tell in my readings it is a certificate or something that has to be turned on via the bes for you to do it.
