While inside the message folder if you go to Options it does not list 'General Options' and 'Email Reconciliation' ????

Sorry, I guess I am out of options since I do not have an 8100 or 4.2....

The only other thing I can think of is have you tried registering the device under 'Host Routing Table' ???

I had that happen to me once. I had to resend my service books then go into options/advanced options/host routing table/ then I registered and after that my reconcile option came back.

I tried all of that, many times but it just wouldnt work. Finally it annoyed me so much I deleted my email accounts from the BIS page, and re-added them one at a time, sending the service books each time, and low abd behold everything came back now!

yay! thanks for your help

i've tried all the suggested solutions to no avail.
- resent service books
- deleted then resent service books
- re-registered device through host routing table
- battery pull
- deleted e-mail accounts and re-added them

still, when i go to options>email reconciliation, there is nothing showing. any other ideas/suggestions?

I just encountered that problem after an OS upgrade. I manually ran Enterprise Activation and that cleared up the problem for me.

problem solved. i called rogers tech support and they said for some reason my e-mail reconciliation was disabled? i just switched from an 8700 to a pearl, so maybe something went awry during the switch. nevertheless, all is well.
