Hi,

I'm using C++ Blackberry SDK.I was trying with the sampling applications to run with simulator.
But couldn't load any app to the simulator.I get the msg as
"No applications loaded"

Pls help how to load apps to the simulator or some documentation which explains this

The C++ SDK is only for the three digit models (ie 957). All the newer models are Java-only.

Build the sample applications under App_samples dir using VS6.
Then In VS 6, load type the following in the cmd line arguments...

oshhmb.dll "..\..\dll\mobitex\sample_database.dll" "..\..\dll\mobitex\database.dll" "..\..\dll\mobitex\ribbon.dll" "..\..\dll\mobitex\ui32.dll" "..\..\dll\mobitex\english.dll" "..\..\dll\mobitex\localization.dll"

This will start the app.

Note:
I copied the sample_datbase.dll to dll\mobitex dir.
Initially I was getting "Device Error 100", to fix this we need to load English.dll and Localization.dll. After loading them, now its working.....

hi,
were you able to run sample_message and sample_messenger apps?
I can launch all other apps except the above. Here are the error details...

sample_message: Invalid MessageListnerManager
sample_messenger: Blank UI
