Ok... I've had this phone for about 3-4 months with no problems at all. Today i was going to school and I turned on my phone and I realized that my battery symbol was red, but it didn't say low battery. I charged the phone all night thinking that it was fully charged in the morning. The phone turns on perfectly fine and everything works except the service. i put my sim card in my brother's blackberry and it works fine. Can anybody help me out?!?!? Thanks.

Oh yeah... pulled the battery out a couple time's to try to reset it, but it does the same thing again. I wiped out the phone and still the same...

Yes the wall charger is working... I put my battery in my brothers blackberry and it was fully charged. The battery symbol is red, NTXL doesn't show up, matter of fact the whole upper right side symbols don't show at all... I don't think it's a battery problem.

I have the same problem with my 7520 right now. That is why I came to this website. I also tried my battery in another phone and it worked fine
