Default What applications do you have assigned to shortcut keys?

Please Login to Remove!

Coming from a Sony Ericsson P900 with Symbian UIQ operating system I've been impressed with the ability to setup shortcuts on the BB Pearl, using either the Home screen shortcut icons or the two customizable side keys. The more I dig into this device the more I find built-in ways to get to most of the most useful applications, so I thought it would be interesting to see what applications you have assigned for quick access using either the 5 Home screen icons or the two side keys.

So to start things off, here's what I have:
theme: BB Dimension Today Plus
5 shortcut icons:
-T-Mobile MyFaves
-Browser
-MemoPad
-Tasks
-Maps
left side key: PasswordKeeper
right side key: BBWeather

What do you use?

I won't bore you all with my setup, but do want to point out that one of the handier targets of the side buttons isn't an app per se, but the app switcher...

um... you know theres already a shortcut for keyboard lock built in....

just hold the * key for 1-2 seconds from the home screen. no need to waste one of your 5 shortcuts on it. always thought it was a stupid icon to have anyway. personally i hide it from my apps list altogether.

also its stupid to have a shortcut to the address book! theres a build in shortcut for that too! just hold the green call button from the home screen for 1-2 seconds and you get the address book instead of the call-log.

just thought id pass along the friendly advice to free up some slots for other useful apps
