just to let others know you cannot ship these as they are illegal and shipping them you will not recieve the item, customs will scan and remove the item from it's contents and the shipper will be fines a heffty fine of about $5000 i know cause it happened to me. So for the sellers and buyers protection i would list this as pick up only!

This is within the US? Odd cause aren't there companies like Valentine1, Escort, Cobra and Bel that ship their radar detectors to buyers? I guess I should state that I will ship to states where radar detectors are legal

EDIT:
Also, if they are illegal to ship, eBay would not allow people to list them. I've seen at least 10 at one time for the past 3 years. I highly doubt they are illegal to ship.

sorry i was not trying to start anything with you if that's how it sounded. I was just trying to help you and the buyer out.

I know in canada it is extremely illegal and on ebay it is ok to sell but once it ships to canada the buyer will not recieve it i can gaurentee it.

in the US i guess it is ok?

Compactor.... FYI, I purchased a Radar Detector from Valentine 1 online over the summer and recieved it no problem. Radar Detectors are legal only in the
provinces of BC, AB, SK
