First post. Never needed to post because I've never needed any help before. Althought I would appreciate everyone's expertise here.

Has anyone used javaloader to wipe the handheld? I've got a user that can't use the click wheel to navigate the menus. I just don't want to do the wrong option since there is one that wipes the OS and one that wipes just the applications.

Javaloader -wipe (from the BB JDK) option blows both apps and os from unit, you then have to reload os with desktop manager...
