Default VZWPix / MMS Not Working (At all)

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, this has me and Verizon Data Support effectively stumped.

My BB 8703e will not receive MMS messages. I never get notification, nor do I ever see the message (at all). It's like they completely disappear. I've tried from other users with Verizon and Sprint phones. I've also tried directly from the VZWPix website. I never receive the message.

I moved to the 8703e from a Samsung i730. The Samsung was on the same Verizon account, and had no problems receiving MMS messages. They used to come in as an indication that I have a new MMS, and I'd have to click on a link. I know the BlackBerry should support the same (from other messages I've read via searching the forum for help on this issue).

SMS works perfectly, I use it all the time.

Verizon recommended going to a Verizon store to obtain a "hardware upgrade", some sort of flash that can't be done by the user. I think this was just a guess on their part. This is going to be a bit of a pain for me, so I figured I'd ask here if anyone has any clue what might be wrong.

I'm also on a BES server, but MMS is fully enabled.

I'm thinking it's something configured improperly on the account on Verizon's side, but who knows. I take their word that everything is OK.

Any clues?

They have to be sent to your email in order to view them on your device; however, I have pix messages sent to my VZW 8703e all the time, and it sends me a text message notifying me to go out on the web to view them.
