I apologize if this has been asked before ... I tried to find the answer.

Last night I upgraded my 7750 (Telus) to 4.0 and selected the BES option because the second option asked if I want to retrieve my work email and personal email then select BES. I guess that was misleading.

Anyway, now I can receive email, reply to email but I can't send new email. It sends an encrypted email to my Outlook like this :

"This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry Handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server. BEGINETP 184 (encrypted message here)"

How do I change from BES to single user?

It appears the advice from another forum is to unistall/reinstall as it is too hard to fix. Rob
