Wirelessly posted (8700c: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Unless you did a backup using Desktop Manager you will have to forward each one to yourself.

As Stinsonddog stated, there is no way to 'sync' email to the BB. There never has been. Have you reactivated on your BES? If not, it's still possible that you will get many of the emails back when you reactivate on the BES.

Good luck.

This was posted on Pinstack, only his boss got a new BB and wanted the email transferred. Got the same answer there as he did here.

Yes that's the file that would have the messages in them. You can do that manually or automatically.
