Spam filter ordering problem?

I am not sure where to put that Q, so if I am wrong here (new to the forum) then please accept my apologies and may the mods move it to wherever it belongs.
We just finished (well almost finished) the rollout of our BES. Everything seem to be working fine, EXCEPT: We are using SPAMFighter as a SPAM filtering solution, and while everything works on the spam filter, I am still getting some of the messages forwarded to the BB's even though the message is correctly flagged as spam and taken out of the inbox before it reaches the Users desktop's.
The way it presents itself to me it seems that the order in which the Exchange filters are being executed is:
1) internal Exchange (2003 SP2) spam filters
2) forward to BES
3) let SPAMfighter decides if the email is spam.
I do not get the email Exchange already sees as SPAM.
Anyone got an idea how to change the order, or if I am wrong with that, maybe delay the sending of the message to BB for maybe 30-60 seconds, so that SPAMFighter can do it's job?
