Unhappy Right Side Convenience Button (camera) doesn't work

Please Login to Remove!

I've had the Pearl for about four months now, and I love it. But, recently the rightside convenience button stopped working, and I think its more hardware related. Could this be something I can fix, or will I need to get a replacement Pearl. I have dropped the Pearl a few times and I'm afraid they will not replace it under warranty, or they will charge an arm and a leg to do so...

So, what are my options?

Not only that, but try and change it to something else, such as address book, or something. If it doesn't work with any other app, then it's definitely hardware-related.

It is definitely hardware related. What do you guys recommend? How can I fix this issue?

Did you try a hard reset?

Yes I did. I even went as far as removing the SIM card, and the memory card.
