BlackBerryOS Version 3.7.1.115 released for Cingular users
Please Login to Remove!
Cingular now has BlackBerryOS 3.7.1.115. Based on past experience, should also work perfectly on Rogers, T-Mobile, and AT&T.

4.0 may still be too "beta" when it is released...Some businesses may stick with 3.7 for maximum uptime especially if they already have BES and do not need 4.0 and things like that. 4.0 still has instability issues.
It's like the Linux people still release patches to the stable lower even-numbered releases while releasing higher odd-numbered beta releases, and then releasing more patches in the lower even-numbered releases even after higher odd-numbered beta releases are out...
So there's a point in continuing to release 3.7 releases even while working on 4.0...
However, I do want 4.0 to be released sooner than later!! :D

You're absolutely right when you say that some businesses will stick with 3.7 for maximum stability. At work we switched only last week to 3.7 (skipping 3.6 and maybe even 3.5). We went *years* without wireless reconcile of messages! We probably won't go 4.0 until 5.0 is out.

Nope.
3.7.1.1.41
That's only 41 versus 115.

Nope - it is not 41 versus 115, it is 41 versus 59 or 92 versus 115.
Application version 3.7.1.41 is part of release package 3.7.1.92. And for release package 3.7.1.115 (the new download from cingular) the application version is 3.7.1.59. Just install the version on your 72xx BB and take a look at Options->About. The numbering difference exists because some carriers are using the application version and some are using the release package version to number the software packages.
