I have a new 8800 and the #1 key does not automatically send me to voice mail. I have voice mail working as I can get to it with the option page. Can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this?

Try calling yourself from a landline and leaving a message. Sometimes this pushes the set up and fixes the problem.

I had to manually add voice mail as the Speed Dial for key W.

Mine was already set to use Speed Dial 'W' for voice mail right out of the box.
