Default 8300 Tip- Carry extra micro sd cards under cover

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

sounds silly but...

I found there is a nice hole next to the battery under the cover (on left side) which easily fit 2 spare mini SD cards safely

just a tip, I find it handy, tho I prefer to have one big card than several little ones

you could put a big 4gb card in the main slot then carry the 126mB standard one in the spare slot as a back up in case if youre taking pictures and run out of space cos your card is full of music and movies (easy to do)

hmm, what else can go in that hole next to the batter? spare earphone foams?

worth thinking about

Nice tip, thanks!

Having not seen how big this hole is, hard for me to tell what else might fit. However, add a spare SIM card to the list as it definitely fits if a miniSD does, for those that may need a 2nd SIM card for whatever reason (overseas usage, etc.).

sorry I meant it can fit 2 spare micro SD cards (not miniSD)which are quite tiny. the hole is about the same shape and 5mm deep

actually between the battery and the back cover its quite loose, you could slide allsorts of memory cards and sim cards there and close the cover easily. as long youre careful opening and dont lose any. the micro cards are soooo small

Sweet! That will come in very handy- especially since I have all my music now on a bunch of micro SD cards and am constantly swapping them in and out. Now if we can just get the micro SD card slot NOT to be under the battery!

I went ahead and changed the title of your thread to avoid confusion.
