Most of this is just web addons that ATT is trying to sell which the company doesn’t want to get charged for. There’s already been a large interest for the 8300 at my company so I want to make sure we have a policy in place first. FYI, I’m running 4.1 SP3 and Exchange 2003.

I don't have AT&T so this is just a shot in the dark but Can't you just remove the programs you don't want in the desktop manager?
Unless your talking 100's or 1000's of devices.
