Default How to move BES to a different Server?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

We want to move our current BES Server to a faster more reliable server and we though about taking an image of our current server using Acronis ( Server Imaging Software) and restoring it on the new server, but the current config is messed up so we want to start fresh on a new server.

what is the easiest way to go about doing this?

Thanks,
Jim

What platform? What's your current setup?

You should be able to find the answer with a quick search. This topic has been covered numerous time.

BES 4.1 SP2 Running on Windows 2003 standard edition on SQL 2000.

Not sure what key words to use in the search, can you point me in the right direction?

Domino, Exchange, or Groupwise?

Search for "migration".
