I'm looking to have an application developed for 7280-7290's. Unrestricted use/modification of app including source code will be required, but developer maintains copyright and distribution/sale rights.

At 100,000 ft, the app displays a Emerg Mgmt, multi-level checklist, and enables user to check-off completed steps, editable time-date stamp, coments for each step. Must have auditable transaction log. Upload-download to website, but must be 100% on-board in case of radio/network failure. Real-time editing, drill-down, roll-up, hot links, other bells & whistles possible.

Browser push, wml, etc., may be included.
