The Motorola Q has damage to the casing ONLY, caused from the screwdriver chewing up the rubber legs and the and reccessed section around it during a casing swap, the phone internals itself are 100% undamaged as I used the phone for months afterwards with no software/hardware issues. The Treo 700w is in pristine condition but it is a refurb replacement sent me from Verizon. But both phones are fully functional and have clean ESNs
