You are in trouble. You need a cradle and a copy of the "Programmer" utility...

Unless you are on a corporate BES.. Are you on a BES? If so, perhaps they can go in and reset the password.

Is this on a corporate e-mail system (BES = BlackBerry Enterprise Server) or this a personal BB?

So you typed in the wrong password 10 times... ignoring the warnings that everything would be deleted, typing in blackberry a few times so that the handheld knew you were deliberately do this...

What settings do you want to get back? The information? The password? It really depends on what you are trying to get back... If you really did do the 10 bad passwords, the information is all but gone unless you sync it again, with a cradle, some of the site sponsors sell them I believe.

1. All your info is gone (on the handheld at least)
2. You NEED the cradle + Desktop Manager software AND the Handheld OS (available from www.rogers.com/blackberrysoftware), since failing the password 10 times actually removes the wireless connectivity option on the HH
