I have searched on this topic, but only thing I have seen are more questions than answers.

So here it goes:

I have a 7290 on BES 4.0 running handheld software version 4.0...
I get meeting request in my outlook, but not on my blackberry.
we have "twiddled" around with the cdo.dll and have determined that; cdo.dll is not the issue.

Just wondering if anyone has figured this mystery out?

what I do know that it is happening on serveral other types of blackberry that are on bes 4.0.

Same issue here!!! I'm running on BES 4.01 w/a 7730 running 4.0 handheld. I've noticed the same error. A RIM engineer told me it may be the CDO.dll (which we are having issues with at the moment). This starting happening the minute we went to 4.0.

Anyone else see this? Is this happening to everyone?

Well we got it fixed!!! Well the exchange team got it fixed. Have they said that they had to re-apply permissions to the account.. don't exactly know what that entailed, but its now working.
