Default Question on PocketDay

Please Login to Remove!

When looking at PocketDay I have my unread emails set to 4 but I have about 50 or so unread. Is there anyway to scroll through the headers without going to the actual message folder?

Also, are there any hot keys that work from within pocketday to let you go directly to say the messages or browser?

yes

while in Pocket Day click the wheel and scroll to settings. Click the key mapping dialog box and scroll to the bottom to assign a hot key to an application

soapm,

There are detailed manuals either on the website or in the pocketday download at http://www.crossriversystems.com/pocketday

By default, pressing the M key will take you to the native blackberry message app.

May I suggest, if the developers of pocketday read this forum, that the next release includes a way to scroll through the unread mail. At present I have to close PD to go to the inbox to see all my messages which defeats the purpose of PD.

Soapm...ou don't have to exit PocketDay, just use the 'M' key and you'll jump to the native message app. When you Esc out of the message app you'll be right back in PocketDay. They PocketDay QuickStart Guide lists all the shortcuts, and they are all reconfigurable!

Absolutely true! All key mappings are reconfigurable and additional applications can be mapped to specific keys. In fact, the only change I might request is that there be more than five applications allowed to be mapped via hotkey.

The only problem I see with the default key mappings is that they are not 7100 friendly. It is still a great app and the support is top notch!!

I had the dial from home screen setting active so those hot keys wearn't working. Don"t know why it was active since there is a button on top that pops up the phone. You're right, that is accptable. I apologize for all the things I said about you under my breath, I'm just not all that technically savvy and always been a slow learn. Thank GOD for support grouplike this!

I know you can't add IM and SMS to the menu but is there a way to not have PD mask or hide those messages? At present, if you miss the alert the only way to know a message has arrived is to go to those apps.
