Hi Everyone,

When I delete a message from my Handheld (8703e) and check my Lotus Notes Inbox- the message still persists.

Could you please tell me how I can sync my device so that all messages deleted from the handheld are deleted from my Notes inbox as well?

On your device, go into messages -> options -> email reconciliation and make sure delete on is set to 'mailbox & handheld'

Deletes can take up to 20 minutes to reconcile from Handheld to Desktop.
Are you waiting a while to see if it eventually reconciles?

Also, how are you deleting the message(s)? One by one, or by using 'Delete Prior'?

On your home screen choose messages > options > email reconciliation.
Set DELETE ON to "Prompt"
Wireless Reconcile to "ON"
On Conflicts to "Mailbox Wins"
Save these settings.
If this dosen't fix the problem, connect usb to blackberry- choose sync. After sync occurs, go into desktop settings and make sure e-mail is set to wireless.
Resync with desktop.
