Hey guys! I'm 21 and me and a friend are working on a program to send SMS Messages. Then we learned that we have to sign the application for 100 bucks! Since we're students, and we don't really have that kind of cash, would anyone be willing to sign an application for us and for full disclosure on how to send messages for 1 cent and to many other countries 2 cents, and use our application to do so?

All I ask is for someone to sign the application, and you can keep a copy for yourself.
