problem using media manager

I've been able to get one video onto my blackberry which came from the bands official site. After using vconvert to convert to mp4 on two other videos from you tube that were posted by random people, roxio media manager works up to the point of transferring the media onto the blackberry. I'm able to get just about to the end of the transfer and then it gives me an error and closes the program. Anyone know what's going on?
