when i hit the center button between the end and send keys it says....your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entrys.. what do i do

Yeah, it looks like it is trying to launch the BlackBerry browser. Resending the service books should help.

that website that you gave me gives me instructions but thats not on the right phone

You will probably want to log in to your carrier's BIS site and perform the sending of the service books from there. The login link for your carrier (if it is one of the 4 major one's in the US) should be on that same web page, towards the bottom.

What phone are you using? Your profile says 7100g from Cingular.

Always ask yourself in these type situations... "Do I have a BlackBerry Data Plan from my carrier?"

If you don't, you need one to get the service books and use the browser.
