If i were to get an 8100 from t-mobile tomorrow would i be able to change to the 8320 when it comes out on the 24th. if so, besides the price difference would there be any other fees involved?

If I were you, I would probably just wait. It takes a while to get a handheld set up exactly the way you like it - and then do it again!

You'd have to check with your T-Mobile store, but I'm fairly sure that you could purchase a device, and exchange it for a different one if you "don't like it."

For nine days? Sure you could, i don't think there would be any fees other the price difference at full retail. For nine days, and setting up and personalizing a BlackBerry, if you can, just wait.

TMo is NOTORIOUS for not selling introcuctory phones to existing customers, but using them to attract NEW service only. That happened specifically last winter with the 8800. If you get a 8100 now, there is no guarantee they will sell you a 8320 when it arrives. I know some TMo corporate retail store which never event got the 8800 in-store.
