Yes - just plug in your SIM card and you are good to go.

ATT rep is telling me with an unlocked phone, I would not be able to use the internet services.. just the other cell phone services.. Is this true?

No it is not. Secondly, this is a Cingular ATT phone anyways that was unlocked, so it wouldn't matter.

You should probably do some search if you want more information. But it is common knowledge that the reps will tell you whatever they can in order to sell "their" stock.
