I tried adding gmail and for some reason it keeps rejecting my password even though it is correct ( I tried it on my home computer and it works)
Also my hotmail account doesn't work. Says I need javascript or something like that.

did you try to add it via BIS site?

Are you going through this link mobile.msn.com/ ?? If so, you have to click ok again after you get the error message, happened to me as well.

If you'd like almost real time access to hotmail go to the Email settings on your blackberry desktop and add your hotmail account.

It works, I use it.

In your browser configuration click on enable java script for online hotmail.

If you go to the email settings icon on your desktop you can add it also.

MOST hotmail accounts won't work with a BB. There are many threads on this board about that. The newer hotmail accounts certainly won't.

Sometime back (a year or two) MS began making hotmail/Blackberry users subscribe to their hotmail plus accounts for it to be enabled via BIS on the BlackBerry. Some older accounts were grandfathered in (like those already linked to a BIS account).

If you are having a problem with hotmail and BIS, that is the first thing to understand.
