Maybe I'm just crazy, or maybe my BlackBerry Pearl lost its mind...
It seems to have a mind of its own; i can't send any sort of message without the phone jumping ahead. For example: If I'm sending a text msg to someone, it wont let me type in the number. intead, when i push the numbers i want, it automatically sends itself without even typing the rest of the number. Im thinking its a software issue? Even if I just set my phone down, it starts running through menus, logging onto the browser, and even calling people. HELP!

Did your device get wet? It sounds like moisture in the keyboard or a keyboard problem. Have you tried removing the battery to reboot the device? Do this while it's turned on.

Ok, I figured out exacly what it is. when i push any of the top keys (QWERTYUIOP or 123) it selects a menu option.
