Question camera on my 8320 won't work

Please Login to Remove!

When my son tries to use his camera it say's "could not start the camera close other applications and try opening the camera again" Any one know what is going on? Thanks Jimmy

Pull the battery with the phone turned on. Let it sit a few mins and put it back in... See if it works and post back

Mine does the same thing, I took it to a friend of mine who works on phones and electronics and he sais ita a hardware problem, te soldering on the cam is weak, hopfully some one can fix this, CJ

It's probably a bad connection inside the phone. If you have experience soldering it's a pretty easy fix.
