Welcome to the forums.
It sounds like you are very low on memory.
What is your file free Options > Status?
Pull the battery and check again. Post your results back here.
Also, follow these links to prevent this issue from happening.

14 Mb is pretty good. Those issues generally happen when you're low on memory. Did you recently do a battery pull?

That would make sense as to why your memory looks good now.
When the device gets too low, it deletes items to make space.
Do you have a media card installed? How many applications do you have installed?

media card? is that the one under the battery? yeah it's there... ive deleted my email messages off my handheld... nothing. Apps that i've installed only pandora and windows live messenger, other than those two i haven't installed any other ones... what i hate is that if people call me, it will show missed call but my log will be erased when i go to see it so i cant see who called me, or it will ring with a new sms but when i'll click on the icon, they'll be erased...

Are your pictures stored on the media card or the device memory?

Move all of the pictures to the media card. That will free up a lot of space.

That's over double of what it used to be. That's very good!

Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)
Indeed it is very good for that device. I'm rockin the 9700 and my free file right now is 105546973 Bytes, but I got boatloads more memory. If you set your camera to store on the memory card all the time, you really shouldn't have any more memory issues
