I need some help. Just the other day I stop receving "status update replies" from my friends and any friends of theirs.

I have Facebook Text set up on my phone where I don't have to long into Facebook on my mobile internet or application. I receive status updates from my selected friends, comments, notes, pokes, messages, etc.

The problem I'm having is that when I receive a status update text from one of my friends, i'm able to view it and reply to it. But when they reply back or if one of their friends replies back to that same status update, it doesnt come to my phone as a text anymore. This problem just started happening 2 days ago. Is there any way to fix the problem. It's very annoying. Everything else works but that.

have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling/sending service books? personally i'm just waiting on 1.5 to be released; the app right now is pretty buggy

I'm not using the application. I'm talkin about the receiving SMS texts. Does the application has anything to do with it? Would you suggest uninstalling/reinstalling the application and then using the code to receive SMS texts? I'm kinda confused, so excuse me.

i didn't catch the fact that you weren't using the app. might i ask why? the app isn't great, but it's gotta be better than using text messages for facebook activity. i don't think the app on your phone would have anything to do with the SMS issue you're describing

I do have the app on my fone and i use it when i need to see a photo or something that someone commented on, etc. certain things i do use it for. but the reason why i choose the SMS text is because it's quick and simple. With the application, I have to wait on the server to load which is kinda slow and i like the fact that i can choose certain contacts to get status updates from that go straight to my SMS text. it's just easier for me rather than scrolling down and searching when in the app.

But I was just thinking, you need to have the app if you set up your SMS text to receive texts from facebook, correct? So if that's the case, do you think uninstalling and reinstalling the app will do the trick?
