Default White screen, no hourglass

Please Login to Remove!

Today i have a big problem with my BB 8310. It show a white screen with nothing on it and it's only white. It won't turn off, it makes no sound, nothing.
When I conect to the PC it show that is conected, I even reload the os, but nothing, even change the screen with another one and see that my screen work with another 8310.
If you have any sugestion please help me!!!

Other hardware inside has died. Warranty replacement or new phone if its out of warranty or you are not the original owner.

Go tot he yellow sticky at the top of the 8300 section. There are instructions for reloading the OS. Follow exactly. You may need to use jl_cmdr and apploader. Don't forget to delete the vendor.xml file.
