Try stopping and starting sync and policy services

If you experience the problem again, try stopping and restarting the Synchronization service and the Policy service on the server. This sometimes corrects the issue

Yes, it does work

If you follow the rules as laid out by RIM, it does work for multi-domains. We have tested this and found it functional.
